Softbl Bootcamps Student Enrollment Policies

Introduction:

 

This document outlines the policies governing student enrollment at Softbl Bootcamp, including refunds, deferrals, transfers, missed sessions, and certifications.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

 

  • Students have a 15-day withdrawal period starting from the first session date.
  • To initiate a withdrawal, students must submit a written request via email to their Education Consultant or [email protected].
  • Reason for withdrawal within this timeframe is required.
  • A full refund will be granted for cancellations requested within the 10-day window.
  • Refunds for cancellations outside of the 15-day window are not permitted.
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 60 business days from the withdrawal request.
  • Month-to-month payment plans may have different refund policies depending on the country. Please refer to your specific agreement.

Deferral Policy:

 

  • Students can defer their program start date up to 10 days after the first session.
  • A deferral processing fee of 5% of the course price applies.
  • The student must specify their desired return date when requesting a deferral.
  • The maximum deferral period is 2 months from the request date.
  • Deferral requests made after the initial 15 days may be granted on a case-by-case basis, with full tuition payment required upfront.
  • Students have 3 months from the deferral payment date to resume their training.
  • Failure to re-enroll within this timeframe may result in the need to pay for a new enrollment.

Transfer Policy:

 

  • Students can transfer to a different Softbl Bootcamp course within 15 days after the first session.
  • A transfer processing fee of 5% of the course price applies.
  • The student will pay the complete price of the new course, with no discounts or installments from the original course applied.

Holidays and Instructor Absence:

  • Training sessions scheduled on public holidays will not be rescheduled. However, Softbl Bootcamp is committed to ensuring student success.
  • In case of instructor absence, sessions will be rescheduled to Fridays whenever possible.

Student Absence:

  • Training sessions missed by students will not be replaced. Softbl Bootcamp remains dedicated to student success and will offer support to catch up on missed materials.

Certifications:

  • Certification vouchers are issued only after full tuition is paid.
  • Training costs are non-refundable if a student does not achieve certification.
  • Students who fail the certification exam will be offered additional training hours (1-3 hours) to improve their skills.

Installment Payment:

  • Late installment payments exceeding 5 days will result in temporary loss of access to the online platform and hackerspace facilities.
  • Access will be restored upon full payment of the outstanding installment.
  • Missed sessions due to access cutoff will not be replaced.
